Personalized 1:1 Coaching

Training plans are most effective when they are responsive and flexible—meaning that workouts are tailored as needed and are tailored specifically for you thanks to ongoing communication and consultation.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your training history, running ambitions & training parameters

  • Daily workouts scheduled out 1-2 weeks at at time

  • Membership to Final Surge Platform (an online platform where we log and track the workouts)

  • As much 2-way communication as needed

  • Guidance on pacing, nutrition, strength, recovery and more.

Cost: $150/month plus a one-time set up fee of $60. HST to be added.

One-Time Coaching Plans

If working 1:1 isn’t for you, there is also the option of a customized 12-16 week training plan. Think of this as your “take it and run” plan.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your training history and running ambitions

  • Daily workouts laid out in advance for 12-16 weeks

  • Additional information pertaining to pacing, nutrition, strength, recovery and more

  • Ongoing consults to adjust the plan as needed at a cost of $60/hour

Cost: $175 for 12-16 week plan; $225 for Stage Racing plan. HST to be added.

Consults & Clinics

In addition to coaching plans, I also work with runners on a variety of topics such as run form, trail running technique, training during/after an injury, thriving thru menopause, to name a few.

Cost: $60/hr phone consultations; $80 in person consultation (additional fee may apply for travel)

I have also hosted a variety of clinics, such as Trail Running 101; Pool Running; Strength Training in the Outdoors; and Hills & Drills. Contact me for more information.

Cost: varies according to clinic type and size.
